The National Institute for Health Research is located in a mountainous area on the other side of the train. From now on, I attend a seminar at Changli Central State University. The road is on its way.
On
the other side of this train journey is the Formosa system, which
separates Taiwan from China. Fight all the mountains on the other side.
I
was thinking about my favorite country when I saw the rows of windmills
on the coast through the train window.
When unknown terror interrupts
the normal lives of ordinary people in the country, everyone in Taiwan
is almost as active as ever.
With
us, when all educational institutions are closed for an unknown period
of time, in this country, in college or in school exams, in sport,
everything happens as usual.
While economic activity in many countries
around the world has taken a break, public or private factories,
offices, supermarkets and public transport systems are operating almost
as much as before.
Influential media in several countries admit that
Taiwan has managed to catch the coronavirus in the China Sea.
In
order to get to where it is now, Taiwan had to work hard and make all
the necessary steps forward. It's like a little experiment.
In January
this year, I visited the Taipei Economic and Cultural Center in New
Delhi, India. There was a coronavirus in China at the time.
They then
made it mandatory to apply the first three rules to prevent respiratory
diseases, wear masks, disinfect hands and measure body temperature
before moving to a cultural home.
Although the origin of the virus was
then in The Threat of China, thousands of kilometres from Delhi, no
cases of infection have been detected in India at that time.
Then there
were their steps, precautions. It has now ensured the return of its
citizens from these countries and has provided mandatory quarantine in
cooperation with the Ministry of Air Transport.
During
the bus ride, the bus driver entered and reminded him of the use of the
mask. I forgot to hurry.
The use of masks is mandatory for almost
everything from open spaces to buses, trains, classrooms. Or get a heer
fine.
He had to give up the masks naturally, but he didn't want to. A
balance was achieved from the outset between the production and
distribution of masks.
Originally, the government took over the
distribution network and first handed out two masks a week to all
citizens of the country, which has now been increased to three.
One
of the most important ways to prevent the spread of the disease from
person to person is to isolate infected people immediately after the
onset of symptoms so that someone else is infected.
At the same time,
the person concerned must be taken care of. One of the main symptoms of
coronavirus carriers is an increase in body temperature, which allows
the installation of thermal scanners in all metro stations in Taiwan.
Passengers are placed on the platform and their body temperature is
measured unconsciously. At first, universities used infrared
thermometers to enter the classroom, but now there were scanners at the
entrance instead of using them.
In this way, in addition to maintaining
the temperature calculation, the entrance also has a manual disinfection
system for all settings.
Frankly, seeing the abundance of thermal
scanners here has increased considerably in terms of conversion and
conversion.
At the
beginning of the coronavirus crisis, we read in our national newspapers
that the airport's thermal scanner was broken and even that the
underground ports did not have a system.
If our leaders had taken
precautions, today's precarious environment might not be created.
Although Europe and the United States suffer the most from so-called but
developed countries, technology, infrastructure, and a workforce
trained in disease management, very quickly, very little can be done.
However, the policy of this drug is very inadequate for poor countries,
like us.
Infrared
thermometers were first used in different parts of Taiwan, including
universities. Now the temperature record is stored in the scanner.

The
Taiwanese model was crucial for Bangladesh. The situation can be
improved by focusing. It now requires many tests, in addition to
identifying and isolating infected patients, as soon as possible.
A lot
of experiences, as well as isolation - both are now called game changes.
This is happening now in developed countries, which understand their
first mistake, and now they are testing a lot of people every day.
South
Korea has succeeded in this policy. Otherwise, they would be the
biggest victims after China. We have to do the same with us, we have to
support research, we need to understand home technology, how we can
identify a large number of low-cost patients in a short period of time.
In this case, the packaging invented in the country can be a very good
alternative system. We must remember that this is an infectious disease
and that its concealment is not only harmful, but also dangerous to our
surroundings. That's the way it is now.
